How to reach us, and answers to the questions that come up most. Everything below describes what the product does today.
Write to us
Email is the only channel. A person reads it; there is no chat and no phone line.
destek@lizastro.appWhat to include
- The device you use (for example iPhone 15, Android phone, or a computer) and the app version or the browser.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
- The date and the screen, if the problem is a reading or a chart.
Never send your password. We will never ask for it.

Common questions
I forgot my password, or the sign-in does not work
On the sign-in page choose “Forgot your password?” and we email a link to set a new one. If you would rather not use a password, choose “Email me a sign-in link” and the email signs you in. If nothing arrives, check the spam folder and wait a few minutes before asking again; both messages come from the same email service.
Why does the iPhone app only offer email sign-in?
Apple requires an app that offers sign-in with another provider, such as Google, to offer Apple sign-in as well. Apple sign-in is not set up yet, so the iPhone app shows no social buttons, only email with a password or an email link. Android and the website are unchanged. If your account was opened with Google, use “Email me a sign-in link” with the same address; accounts are matched by email.
How do I download my data or delete my account?
Open Settings, then “Data and account”. “Download (.json)” saves everything the database holds about you as one file. “Delete account” asks you to type your email address to confirm. Deletion cannot be undone and there is no restore window. Circle rooms you created are deleted for everyone in them, and your profile photo file is deleted too.
I do not know my birth time. What will I see?
The planet positions are shown, because they do not depend on the hour. The rising sign and the houses are hidden, not guessed, and the screens that would use them say so. A solar or lunar return keeps its date but its hour is uncertain by about twelve hours. If you find the time later, edit it under Settings, then “Birth data”, and the chart is recomputed.
How does the profile photo work, and who sees it?
Settings, then “Profile”, then “Change photo”. JPEG, PNG or WebP; it is cropped to a square and shrunk on your device before upload. Members of your Circle rooms see it next to your name. The file sits at a random address that cannot be listed or guessed, but anyone who has the exact link can open it. Removing the photo or deleting the account deletes the file.
How accurate is the calculation?
Positions come from the Swiss Ephemeris, an astronomical ephemeris. What can be uncertain is the input, not the arithmetic: an unknown birth time, or timezone records from before 1970. Where that applies, the page showing the chart says so. The AI only writes about positions that were already computed; it does not produce them.
A reading looks wrong. How do I report it?
The app has no report button today, so email us. Give the date, the screen, and the sentence or the placement that looks wrong. First check your birth data under Settings, then “Birth data”: a wrong time or place changes the whole chart. The AI wording can be mistaken even when the positions are right, and we want to hear about that too.
